IPO Objectives

  • Financing the capital expenditure towards setting up of the Manufacturing Facility through investment in the Wholly-Owned Subsidiary (WOS) Company, Easy Raw Materials Private Limited.
  • Repayment/prepayment of all or certain of the borrowings availed of by the Company.
  • General Corporate Purpose.

Strengths

  • Diversified product portfolio across seven categories (Amino Acids, Health Supplements, Herbal Extracts, Nucleotides, Proteins, Sports Nutrition, and Vitamins), catering to a broad range of nutraceutical needs.
  • In-house processing and warehousing capabilities (28,259.16 sq. ft. facility in Bhiwandi, Mumbai) with grinding and blending capacities, allowing for value-added services like custom ingredient blends and efficient supply chain management.
  • Strong B2B relationships and a widespread customer network, acting as a bridge between global ingredient manufacturers and Indian businesses in the health and wellness industry.
  • Experienced Management team and skilled employees, including founder Ankit Mehta, who has driven the company's growth and established its reputation for reliability.
  • Long-standing relationships with various Cybersecurity OEM Developers (this appears to be a copy-paste error from another company; correct strength is long-standing relationships with global ingredient manufacturers and suppliers).

Weaknesses

  • Heavy dependence on imports (86.19% of sales in FY25) for raw materials and finished products, exposing the company to foreign exchange rate fluctuations, supply chain disruptions, and geopolitical risks.
  • High revenue concentration: The company's sales are predominantly in India (99.3% in FY25), and a significant portion of its product sales come from amino acids (44.4%) and sports nutrition (33.23%), making it vulnerable to market shifts in these specific categories and geographies.
  • Predominantly a trading-based business model (95.88% of revenue from trading in FY25), which typically has thinner margins compared to manufacturing or formulation services, potentially capping long-term margin expansion.
  • High dependency on a limited number of suppliers for raw materials and products, with no long-term supply agreements, creating a significant operational risk if these partnerships are disrupted.
  • Working capital intensive business, as evidenced by a stretched cash conversion cycle (109 days in FY25) and increased inventory days, which can strain liquidity.
