IPOwiz provides IPO-related information and tools for Indian retail investors, including live grey market premium (GMP), subscription status, upcoming IPO research, allotment status checks, educational content, and related alerts. We do not execute trades, accept IPO applications, or act as a broker or financial advisor.

3. User Responsibilities

• •You are responsible for the accuracy of PAN numbers and other details you enter when using allotment tools.
• •You must use IPOwiz only for lawful, personal research and allotment checking purposes.
• •You must not scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt our servers or third-party registrar systems.
• •You must not misrepresent IPOwiz content as official exchange, registrar, or SEBI communication.

4. IPO Data & Accuracy

• •GMP figures are unofficial grey market indicators and may change without notice.
• •IPO dates, issue size, financials, and subscription data are sourced from public filings and exchange disclosures and may be updated or corrected.
• •Allotment results are fetched from official registrar and exchange portals; delays or outages on those systems are outside our control.
• •You should verify critical information independently before making investment decisions.

5. Privacy

PAN numbers entered in the IPOwiz app are stored locally on your device for allotment checks. Our handling of any data collected through the website or app is described in our Privacy Policy. By using IPOwiz, you also agree to that policy.

6. Intellectual Property

IPOwiz logos, branding, editorial content, page layouts, and original research are owned by IPOwiz or its licensors. You may share links to our pages but may not copy, republish, or commercially redistribute our content without written permission.

7. Limitations of Liability

• •We are not liable for investment losses, missed allotments, incorrect GMP expectations, or decisions made based on information on our platform.
• •We are not liable for service interruptions, third-party link failures, or errors originating from registrar or exchange websites.
• •To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to IPOwiz shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the preceding twelve months (which is zero for free users).
