Kaytex Fabrics Limited, established in January 1996, is a fast-fashion fabric solutions and manufacturing company that manages the entire process from yarn to finished fabric production. The company specializes in creating and designing a variety of fabrics from fibers such as cotton, viscose, modal, nylon, acrylic, linen, and polyester, with a strong focus on digital printing technology to deliver vibrant, high-resolution designs. They have expanded into womenswear fashion products, offering ready-to-stitch suits, co-ord sets, shawls, scarves, and stoles under their own brands 'Rasiya', 'Kaytex', and 'Darbaar-e-Khaas'. In addition to branded products, they cater to bulk-buyers, wholesalers, and retailers in the non-branded segment.

- Experienced management team with a proven track record, including the Chairman and MD with 30 years of experience in the textile manufacturing industry.
Weaknesses
- Profit margins achieved for FY24 and FY25, while healthy, raise eyebrows regarding their sustainability as the company operates in a highly competitive and fragmented segment.
- High working capital requirements (increased from ₹29.88 crore in FY23 to ₹61.30 crore in FY25), which can strain cash flow, despite IPO proceeds being allocated for this purpose.
