The company delivers end-to-end digital transformation and technology integration across government bodies, PSUs, BFSI, education, and corporate clients. Its operations span four strategic verticals: IT Infrastructure Solutions (servers, cloud integration, interactive flat panels, hardware procurement, and maintenance), IT Managed Services (skilled technical manpower, facility management, and AMCs), Retail Experience Zones (interactive retail stores partnering with major consumer brands like Acer), and Renewable Energy Space (turnkey solar EPC projects, long-term solar PPAs under PM-KUSUM, and battery energy storage systems).

QIB - Qualified Institutional Buyers
Includes foreign institutional investors, domestic financial institutions, mutual funds, and other qualified institutions. QIB demand is considered the most reliable indicator of institutional confidence in an IPO.
NII - Non-Institutional Investors (SHNI & BHNI)
