Shiprocket Limited (originally incorporated in 2011 as Bigfoot Retail Solutions Private Limited) is India's largest new-age end-to-end e-commerce enablement platform by revenue in FY25. The company provides a technology-driven ecosystem that enables Indian MSMEs and Large Retailers to manage online and offline commerce. Its core offerings include domestic shipping services and shipping apps, which expanded into fulfilment centers, cross-border shipping (Shiprocket X), omnichannel management (Shiprocket Omuni), checkout/payments, capital solutions, marketing automation, and hyperlocal deliveries (Shiprocket Quick).

QIB - Qualified Institutional Buyers
